This work intends to quantify the military values, filling one of the gaps indicated by the academy regarding the study of organizational values. The study, which proposes a theoretical-methodological model, follows the methodology adopted by Bilhim and Correia (2016), constituting the necessary steps prior to the application of a questionnaire of 28 questions to the approximate universe of 37,000 military personnel constituting the talent of the Armed Forces (FFAA). This study has the potential, depending on the data obtained and the analysis, to determine which values are most emphasized by the military; to identify possible
differences in organizational cultures among the Armed Forces’ organizations; to point out generational differences indicating future changes in the ethos of the Military Institution; and to compare the results obtained to verify the existence of differences in the underlying values.
