Abstract

Talent Management is known as a current model within human resource policies. This model emphasizes the most current organizational strategies for the development of true quality of their employees who are considered to be creators of the real value of the organization. This paper suggests that such internal communication provides an opportunity for a real decision-making, and
also plays a key role in the satisfaction, motivation, and retention of talents in the organizational context. Based on a source literature review in several countries, with a particular focus on Brazil where we found a relatively consolidated state of
knowledge in this area, we use the following guiding questions for the analysis: What is the role of internal communication in this new management model? How can we build the everyday within the company?
